Wetlands Reserve Program, Farmland Protection Program, and the easement portion of the Grassland Reserve Program are consolidated into the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program (ACEP). Agricultural Water Enhancement Program, Chesapeake Bay Watershed Program, Cooperative Conservation Partnership Initiative, and Great Lakes Basin Program. Conservation Programs.
