we are going through the process of becoming adoptive parents. this book was interesting and it did give me many thinking points. it does contain a lot of religious content and I'm not a religious person so I found that distracting. Confessions of an Adoptive Parent is a book filled with hope.

The recurring theme of the book is that you are not alone and there is hope. There are many other families walking through this journey with you.
